”Lipsa modificării metodologiilor de către organismul de gestiune colectivă conform legii presupune exonerarea obligației de plată a fiecărui utilizator.” Asta prevede art. III, alin. (5) ,din Legea 69/2022, lege care a adus o serie de modificări importante Legii 8/1996, privind dreptul de autor și a drepturile conexe.
